The integrated DSDI Serwis service platform has been created with system specialists in mind. It is an innovative suite of three tools providing complete supervision over the services performed. It is based on the DSDi Beacon technology, i.e. on small wireless devices which can be fixed in any place, e.g. inside an intercom terminal, CCTV video camera, access control reader, signalling device or other security systems.

DSDi Beacons are small wireless devices which can be fixed in any place, e.g. inside an intercom terminal, CCTV video camera, access and control reader, signalling device or other security systems. Their operation is similar to radio beacons whereby they send BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) radio signals, which can be easily received by a dedicated application on the user’s smartphone, and their range can be adjusted.
DSDI Location consists in establishing the location of an installed DSDi Beacon in serviced devices, e.g. inside an intercom terminal, CCTV video camera, control and access reader, signalling device, etc. This enables the application for Android to monitor the place as well as the exact starting and finishing time of a service. Moreover, it allows you to find the shortest route to the place where the serviced device can be found.
Only the DSDI standard makes it possible to accurately monitor the starting and finishing time of a given service.

The DSDI Mobile application for Android phones, available on the Google Play platform, monitors the location as well as the exact starting and finishing time of a service. Moreover, it allows you to find the shortest route to the location where the serviced device can be found. Additionally, DSDI Mobile makes it possible to provide information in real time about what work has been done and when, as well as catalogue, describe and photograph the serviced devices in a given location of the DSDi Beacon. It also enables fast access to the service history of a given system and verification of the cause of its failure on the basis of the repairs already conducted. It improves the process of servicing thanks to the acceptance of work commissioned to be carried out on a given day by the work administrator.

The web-based DSDI Manager panel, started from an Internet browser, is used to manage the service station and the team of service technicians as well as makes it possible to receive requests from external companies. Thanks to this, it is possible to assign tasks to workers for a given day, check their current status and receive all data entered using the DSDI Mobile application. The panel includes a complete archive of completed orders and the number of working hours a service technician has spent working on a given system.
